| I was studding English for 12 years in the school and University. I also use self education (read books, use programs, watch films without translate).

unfortunately, at school our english teacher was as well our form master so... each and every lesson was like "who broke the window in the library" and there were not any proper english lessons. The same story at the Uni...english was my second language there, and teachers kinda didn't teach us at all// so I dropped out of Uni and only by then really started to l e a r n english. mostly with the movies, tv-shows and so on.

| I really loved english at my first school, but then I transferred into another school with really great english lessons. We just talked! There was no exercises, just audition and talking... And then I started to watch Doctor Who, translating news... Then translating subtitles, entries.
And I love it. I'm planning to get second education and start to learn english properly

I'm sooooo envy now.) wish I've got classes like these.
because of our teacher I truly hated english at school, disliked at Uni...only a couple of years ago I've realised how beautiful, sparkle and rich english is. I'm still far from perfect in pronounciation maybe, not knowing all the grammar rules well, but... you know, I understand language when I watching something or reading, I understood people talking back when I was in London and they understood me, so...)
it's shame that I've started to learn it just recently but it's never too late I believe)
